Crooks Producing High Quality Credit and Identification Cards: RNC
The RNC says crooks are producing high quality fake credit and identification cards, and they have seen an increase in the fraud since last July. Constable Shawn O’Reilly says credit card and identity fraud is on the rise and warns that some of the cards can only be detected by a trained eye.
